Dancan Onyango – Co-Founder & CEO
Dancan attended the Harvard Kennedy School where he completed an Executive Education on Financial Inclusion, Policy. His career spans seven years in financial inclusion consulting with on-the ground experience across over 7 countries in sub-Saharan Africa and Asian markets. He graduated from The University of Nairobi receiving a Bachelor of Commerce. Dancan a global leadership programme at University of Notre Dame. He is Enpact fellow, and an MBA candidate at Babson College.
Herman Gams- Advisor
Herman is a supporter and advisor to Jiwo Paro. He is driven by his passion to inspire and support people in reflecting and realizing their dreams. Herman believes that ”Everybody can be a Dream Developer.” Drawing form a rich experience and a distinguished career as a trainer and project partner in Sustainability Challenge across Europe, Herman Co-founded Dream Academia, based out of Dreamicon Valley, Austria. Additionally, he serves as a Project partner at Enpact. In his daily life, Herman loves to ‘Dream Big’ and discuss how the ‘Impossible’ can be made ‘Possible’.
Akinyi Awora Co-Founder & COO
Akinyi aims to work towards streamlining development processes not only within Kenya but in Sub Saharan Africa as a region. Her main objective is to use literacy as tool by which to jumpstart development processes for the marginalized in Kenya. Akinyi brings experience communication, design thinking and technology. She took part in a global executive leadership program at Howard University, earning a certificate in Public Management. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Community Development and Research
Eric Onyango– Advisor
Eric is the managing attorney at Prime Legal LLC in Chicago. He provides legal and business solutions across a wide variety of areas including intellectual property, employment and financial industry compliance matters. He Holds a Chicago-Booth MBA, and an LLM from the same institution. Eirc holds other accolades on Entrepreneurship and Strategy, International Business, Project management, IT and Computer Science.
